Our founder, like you, was frustrated! Spending tedious time making exercise programs in documents and spreadsheets, that didn't look any good. That's when we began brainstorming the features needed to build a software that best supported us and our patients. That allowed creativity, and ease with programming, including patients own images and helpful cues.

In 2021, we began designing what could be an efficient way of prescribing exercise programs online, which has lead to the development of a web application for exercise professionals.
