Our founder, was frustrated! Spending tedious time making exercise programs in documents and spreadsheets, that didn't look any good. That's when she began brainstorming the features needed to build a software that best supports us and our patients. That allowed creativity and ease with programming, including patients photographs uploaded to their programs securely for their eyes only.

In 2021, she began designing what would become a web application with the most customisable guide to prescribing exercise programs online.
