How do I change or upgrade my subscription plan?

Sign into your Mundae account and follow the below instructions.

Select the tab 'Settings' > 'Plan Details' > 'Change Plan'

Can I create multiple programs for each patient?

Yes! You can make unlimited programs for each patient.

How do patient programs remain private using their images for programs?

Patients have their own portal, they sign in with their email and password and can access the program allocated to only them. The images are only viewed by the program provider and the patient.

How do I create a business account for more than 3 Specailist? 

Once you have created an account (use the email or the admin), go to 'Settings' > 'Plan Details' > 'Change Plan' 

 

Then, select 'Business Plan' the base plan includes 3 Specialists, but here we ask you to specify how many Specialist you require for the account.

I have run out of storage for my account. How can I get more?

Sign in to your account and go to 

'Settings' > 'Plan Details' > 'Add Storage'
